Well, I guess that’s a no then! You can’t blame Cammisotto for wanting to move on; after all, he’s already done the hard work of creating this unique game. Still, it would have been cool to see what else he could come up with. Oh well!
Objectives: The objective of the game is to be the first player to reach a predetermined number of points.
Players: The game can be played with two or more players.
Equipment: A standard deck of 52 playing cards is needed for each player, as well as a score sheet and pencils for keeping track of points.
Setup: Each player is dealt seven cards face down, which they must arrange into two hands – one with five cards and one with two cards – before looking at them.
Play: Players take turns playing their hands against each other, trying to win points by having higher-ranking combinations than their opponents’ hands (e.g., three-of-a-kind beats two pairs). Points are awarded based on the strength of the combination achieved by each hand; stronger combinations earn more points than weaker ones do.
