Ash Ketchum: Ash is the main protagonist of the Pokémon anime series and is a young boy from Pallet Town who dreams of becoming a Pokémon Master. He has traveled across many regions, including Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova and Kalos.
Gary Oak: Gary is Ash’s rival in the anime series and is also from Pallet Town. He has a strong competitive spirit and often challenges Ash to battles in order to prove his superiority as a trainer.
Battle History: Throughout their rivalry, Ash has consistently come out on top against Gary in battles between them both. This includes their first battle at the Indigo Plateau Conference where Ash emerged victorious after an intense battle with Charizard against Blastoise and Venusaur respectively.
